The First degree Reiki course is perfect for those of you who are looking to harness the healing power of Reiki for yourself, your family and your friends.
My Second degree Reiki course is for those of you who are already attuned to Reiki and are looking to deepen your practice and take it to the next level. Once attuned to Reiki levels 1 and 2 you are able to practice professionally. So perfect for those of you wanting to add Reiki to your already established wellbeing business or build your own business around Reiki.
Reiki Master level is for those who have deep knowledge and connection with the energy. Who have been practicing Reiki regularly for some time and want to start to teach others about this amazing energy.
Emily is an experienced Reiki Master who will guide you through every step of the process, ensuring that you gain a deep understanding of Reiki and how to use it effectively. She is committed to helping you understand the healing benefits and supporting you on your journey for as long as you need. As you move forwards in your spiritual awakening, there is opportunity to join a community of like-minded people, to ask questions, share experience and connect through monthly calls in a private Facebook group.
The Reiki I course is designed to give you the skills and knowledge you need to begin practising Reiki. During the course you will learn;
- The history of Reiki
- How to integrate the 5 Reiki principles into your life
- Progression through the Usui system
- What can be treated
- Working with children
- Giving a treatment
- Self healing
- Protecting your energies
Most important of all, you will receive an attunement to the Reiki energy.
The Reiki II course is about deepening your connection with the energy and enhancing your practices. During the course you will learn about;
- Energy Centres or Chakras
- The powerful Reiki Symbols
- Distance Healing
- Further ways to enhance a session
- Other practices to support your own spiritual growth.
You will receive your second attunement to Reiki and have the option to charge for your services through professional practice.
What's Included?
Both courses are five and a half hours long, with theory being covered in the morning and practical in the afternoon.
You will be given a comprehensive manual containing all the information you need.
You will receive a welcome warm drink on arrival and a delicious light lunch.
Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate of attunement.
There will be a re-connection call with Emily and the other participants on the course, around 21 days after your training.

Q: Do I need any prior experience or knowledge to attend the Reiki course? A: No, you do not need any prior experience or knowledge to attend this Reiki course. Reiki is accessible to anyone regardless of their background or beliefs.
Q: What should I wear to the Reiki course? A: Comfortable clothing that allows for ease of movement is recommended. It is also a good idea to dress in layers, as you may become either warm or cool during the course.
Q: Will there be hands-on practice on this Reiki course? A: Yes, this Reiki course will involve hands-on practice, either with other students or with the instructor.
Q: How many people will be on the course? A: It's important the course feels safe and relaxed so there will only ever be a maximum of 6 participants.
Q: Will I be qualified as a professional Reiki practitioner? A: No, to be able to work professionally you will need to complete level 2 in addition to this level 1 course.
Q: Is there a payment plan option? A: Yes, depending on how far in advance you book on, payment plans can be created on request. Payment in full must be made no later than one week before the course.
